Pumpkin spice season is here and it is everywhere! We created our own cookie-donut version of this Fall staple. We browned our butter, softened our cream cheese, swirled in some glistening maple, and topped each one with a pumpkin spiced crumble topping, inspired by my Mom's Pumpkin Pie recipe.
