Refund policy
We do not accept returns but will consider refund requests for the following:
Damages and Missing Orders
Please let us know if you do not receive your order within 2-3 days. Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a refund request, you can contact us at info@ocookieos.com. If your refund is approved, we’ll send a confirmation email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received a request for your refund and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please Note: We do not refund gift cards.
